Westin | Rock N' Roll Marathon

Westin positioned themselves as the hotel for runners, I was tasked with producing 3 pop-ups that would travel to 15-18 markets per year. For 3 years I recruited brand ambassadors, union contractors, production assistants, food vendors & massage therapists for each market while also acting as the traveling tour manager for the over all setup. Each city & setup was slightly different, but they all consisted of a 10'x20' expo booth with giveaways, a RunWestin concierge kiosk for a traveling coach to help guests prepare for their run & a 40'x60' VIP recovery tent for those who stayed at the Westin for the Rock N' Roll  Marathon.
